New Class – Moving With Chronic Pain


If you’re struggling with chronic pain in Vancouver and have been dealing with it for over three months, you’re not alone. We invite you to join our supportive and inclusive exercise class designed to help you manage chronic pain through gentle movement and practical tools.

Inclusive for all

No referral is needed—just come as you are. We’re here to support you on your journey toward pain relief. What you will learn

In this class, you’ll discover techniques for understanding and responding to your pain, learning what your body is communicating, and how to approach it with care. Through gentle movement exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to practice these tools in real time, helping you develop a better relationship with your body and its signals.

What you’ll need


Please bring your own yoga mat. We accommodate all levels of mobility, encouraging slow, mindful movement. You will need to be able to get up and down to the floor independently, (slowly is just fine).
