No referral is needed—just come as you are. We’re here to support you on your journey toward pain relief. Through gentle movement exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to practice these tools in real time, helping you develop a better relationship with your body and its signals.

What you’ll need
Please bring your own yoga mat. We accommodate all levels of mobility, encouraging slow, mindful movement. You will need to be able to get up and down to the floor independently, (slowly is just fine).
