Open Gym Group Pilates Session In Vancouver
Bridge one-on-one care and group Pilates

About our open gym group pilates classes
Our Open Gym sessions at Embodied Physiotherapy and Pilates in Vancouver are designed for clients who are ready to take more ownership of their movement but still want a bit of support along the way.
Maybe you’ve been searching for group Pilates, but don’t feel quite ready to jump into a traditional class. Or maybe you like the idea of working alongside others, but want a routine that’s been designed specifically for you. This is where Open Gym comes in.
How our open gym group pilates session work
Before joining, you’ll complete at least five private sessions with one of our physiotherapists or our Clinical Pilates Instructor. That gives us time to build a routine that’s tailored to your body, your goals, and how you move right now.
When you arrive at Open Gym, you’ll bring your routine with you—either as a printout or digital copy. You’ll rotate through the studio equipment at your own pace, alongside up to three other clients. Catherine, our Clinical Pilates Instructor, is there to support you throughout the session—offering guidance, real-time modifications, and space to ask questions as they come up.
Why Embodied Physio and Pilates
There are a lot of options when you search for group Pilates, but most don’t offer the kind of individualization or support that’s needed when you’re coming out of rehab or working with pain.
We offer Open Gym as a way to bridge the gap—for people who want community, but also want something that makes sense for their body. You’ll still be following a plan that’s created just for you, but now you get to move alongside others doing the same.
