Moving With Chronic Pain Group Sessions
This program is designed to support individuals living with chronic pain through gentle movement and targeted exercises to give you tools and teach your body that it can move safely. In this class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to better understand and manage your pain. Whether you’re dealing with chronic neck or back pain, long COVID-related symptoms, or other persistent pain conditions, our goal is to equip you with the tools you need for effective pain management and improved mobility.
Our inclusive and welcoming environment requires no referrals—simply join us as you are. You’ll learn techniques to recognize your body’s signals and respond to pain, applying these strategies in real-time through guided exercises. Just bring your own yoga mat and to move at your own pace during the class. Our sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming to all, including members of the 2SLGBTQ+ and disability communities, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone.
